Essen: Portugiesisches Ei-Törtchen

Close-up top-down shot of freshly baked Portuguese egg tarts still arranged in a small, dark, fluted metal baking tray. Each tart shows a blistered, puffed, multi-layered golden puff pastry shell, some layers visibly flaking, holding a glossy, silky custard with irregular dark leopard-spot caramelization and a slightly torched, molten surface that shimmers with trapped steam. One tart beside the tray is broken open to reveal its delicate, papery pastry layers and molten custard center. A fine dusting of powdered sugar sits on the light grey marble counter beside scattered flakes of crust and a few coffee beans. Background: softly blurred Lisbon bakery with white-and-blue azulejo tiles, a brass coffee machine and warm morning window light. Thin wisps of steam rise from the hot custards. Lighting: soft, diffused morning light from a window on the left, warm and even. Color palette: golden caramel, cream, pale grey, with blue tile accents. Crisp detail on the flaking pastry, 4k
